Admission Tickets

To benefit from reduced-price entry to the Disney Parks (1, 2 and 3-day tickets), you should purchase your admission ticket from the low-level ticket windows (located near the Disneyland Hotel) or from the "Guest Relations" windows, depending on whether or not the Parks are open.

Important: to be eligible for reduced-price entry, guests must present one of the following documents: disability card, war disability card, disabled person's priority card (formerly known as the "difficulty standing" card), European disabled parking badge, or a medical certificate*.
Original medical certificate in French or English issued less than three months previously, signed and stamped by the doctor and testifying that you have a disability.

Helpers go free (outside of package)
Helpers are given a free admission ticket only when a reduced-price admission ticket is purchased at the Park entrance for the disabled guest. This helper aged 18 or over must be capable of helping you during your visit (transfer assistance, guiding, interpreting or in the event of evacuation).

Two types of Access Cards

When you arrive at Disney Parks®, go with your helper(s) to the City Hall welcome centre for the Disneyland® Park or Services Studios welcome centre for Walt Disney Studios®
There you will find:
* Parks map as well as the Disney Parks® Accessibility Guide
* Access cards
* Schedule of activities including the schedules of shows, Parades and encounters with Characters
* Informational leaflets

The City Hall and Studios Services welcome agents (Cast Members*) are available to answer all of your questions. They will give you an access card and advise you as to which attractions are accessible according to your disability or specific needs.
* Cast Members: Disneyland Paris employees

There are two types of access cards: the Priority Card and the Easy Access Card

The cards are based on the accuracy of the information that you provide us. They determine any access restrictions, and thus your safety conditions and those of your helper(s).

Disneyland Paris disclaims any liability for erroneous information from you when establishing access cards.

Priority Card:

This card allows you specific and priority access, but not immediate access depending on the crowd, to attractions and Character Encounters in all of our Parks, for you and your helpers. It is given to disabled persons. Administrative documentation or a medical certificate (for those who are not residents of France) will be requested.

You may be accompanied by a maximum of 4 people

Warning: For safety reasons, each:
* mobility-impaired, visually-impaired (blind),
* psychologically-impaired, speech-impaired, behaviourally-impaired and
* mentally-impaired guest*
Must be accompanied by an able-bodied adult aged 18 or over who is capable of helping them
*For more details, inquire at City Hall or Studio Services

Documentation required for Priority Cards:
*
For French residents: disability card, disabled person's priority card, difficulty standing card, war disability card, European disabled parking badge.
* For non-residents in France: disability card, European disabled parking badge or a medical certificate: original, in French or English, signed and stamped by a physician (medical doctor) dated less than 3 months previously stating the disability

Helpers:
The helper of mobility-impaired, blind, psychologically-impaired, speech-impaired or mentally-impaired guests must attend the attraction with each disabled guest.
Our Cast Members cannot escort you or help with transfers in the Attractions.
You must follow the boarding instructions given by the attraction Cast Member.

The helper agrees to fully carry out his or her role during the visit to Disney Parks:
* Helping in transfer, boarding and exiting
* Helping evacuate,
* passing along messages and safety instructions
* Being able to reassure
* Helping the disabled person select attractions suitable for him or her.

If the cardholder is not riding the attraction, helpers must join the normal queue.

Easy Access Card:

This card allows you to enjoy easy access via dedicated entrances, but it does not give you priority in the queue.
It is issued to those suffering from temporary or debilitating illnesses (illnesses that have not resulted in them being officially registered as disabled, post-surgery, etc.) or to expectant mothers.
Documentation will be required.

You may be accompanied by a single person, unless you have a "Carte de priorité familiale" [national family priority card]:  the beneficiaries listed on the card are considered helpers

Documentation required for Easy Access Cards:
A medical certificate: original, in French or English, signed and stamped by a physician (medical doctor) dated less than 3 months previously stating the debilitating illness, temporary disability (cast, etc.) or pregnancy.

General information:

Methods of access may be different depending on the attractions in the Park.
Cast Members may deny you access to the attraction if they feel that the seat configuration or your body cannot keep you safe in the vehicle/boat of the attraction.

For safety reasons, in the event of multiple priority requests for an attraction with a limited capacity, a reservation system was put in place. Access to attractions may be changed without prior warning. Some attractions may be closed. Opening of some of them may be subject to weather conditions.

We encourage you to be aware of the nature of different attractions to better understand them.

Guided Tours of the Parks:

Head off around the Parks in the company of a guide and discover some of the secrets behind the Disney magic on walking tour of the Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park.

Information and reservations at the Guest Relations Windows located at the entrance to the Disney® Parks, or on +33 (0)1 64 74 21 26.

Tickets are on sale at City Hall and Studio Services in the Disney® Parks.
