The Access Card (Disabled Priority Card) allows you to access certain attractions via entrances that have been specially adapted for the hearing-impaired (see the Disney® Parks Accessibility Guide for further details). Access procedures may differ depending on the attraction.
When you arrive at the Disney® Parks, go to City Hall or Studio Services accompanied by your helper(s) (including at least 1 able-bodied adult aged 18 or over). In order to receive a Disabled Priority Card you will be asked to present your disability card or a medical certificate*. Certain attractions in Walt Disney Studios® Park are equipped with an induction loop system (CinéMagique, Animagique®, PlayHouse Disney Live on Stage!, Stitch Live!, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror). A Cast Member will show you where these are. In all the other attractions, the sound content is not vital to your enjoyment. Certain "big thrill" attractions may cause dizziness or loss of balance.
Parks:
Medical certificate: guests must present an original medical certificate in French or English issued less than 3 months previously, signed and stamped by the doctor, and testifying that they have a disability or debilitating illness, or are pregnant. These cards are strictly personal, and you may be asked to provide proof of identity. The card remains the property of Disneyland Paris and can be withdrawn if incorrectly used. If you are not riding an attraction, your helpers must join the normal queue. We cannot guarantee that you will be eligible for one of these cards. Hiring a wheelchair does not automatically make guests eligible for an Access Card. Access to attractions may be changed without prior warning. Certain attractions may be temporarily closed. Queuing times via specially-adapted entrances can range from 10 to 20 minutes depending on how busy the Parks are. Please note that if certain attractions are extremely busy (Peter Pan's Flight, Big Thunder Mountain, Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, etc.), you may be asked to come back at a specific time later in the day. Shops:
All the shops at Disneyland® Paris are easily accessible. Please do not hesitate to ask a Cast Member for help should you require assistance or need some additional information.
