Easy Access Card
When you arrive at the Parks, please go to either City Hall or Studio Services with your helper(s) (adult aged 18 or over). A Cast Member (Disney employee) will advise you on access to attractions and will provide you with an Easy Access Card if required.
If you are part of a group of disabled guests, please say so when booking your stay in order to facilitate the issuing of Easy Access Cards.
In order to receive an Easy Access Card, you will be asked to present your disability card or one of the other documents listed hereafter.
Documents required:
FRENCH NATIONALS: disability card, war disability card, difficulty standing card, disabled person's priority card, European disabled parking badge or medical certificate issued less than 3 months ago.
FOREIGNERS: European disabled parking badge or medical certificate in French or English issued less than 3 months ago and signed and stamped by the doctor, certifying the person's disability and stating whether or not they need to be accompanied by a third party in order to get around.
In Walt Disney Studios® Park, the majority of attraction queuing areas are wheelchair-accessible.
How is it used?
The Easy Access Card allows you to access certain attractions via entrances that have been specially adapted for the mobility-impaired. However, it does not give you priority access to attractions.
Warning: at attractions that require guests to transfer from their wheelchair into the attraction vehicle, please ensure you are accompanied by adults (aged 18 or over) who are able to help you.
Disneyland Park
On arrival please go to City Hall or the Guest Relations Window with the people accompanying you. A Cast Member (Disney employee) will advise you as to which attractions are the most easily accessible and will provide you, if required, with an Assisted Access Card facilitating your access to attractions and to be used exclusively within Disneyland Park. Since some queue lines are not wheelchair-accessible, special entrances are provided. The Assisted Access Card, reserved for disabled guests (except for guests with temporary disabilities) allows holders and up to three companions to use these special entrances. It does not entitle you to priority access to attractions and shows. Cast Members at the attractions will tell you which entrance is reserved for you. For technical reasons, not all attractions at Disneyland Park are accessible to disabled visitors.
Walt Disney Studios Park
To promote maximum integration of disabled guests, all queue lines are wheelchair-accessible. For access to attractions, all visitors are invited to take the same route. However, people whose disability is incompatible with these routes, can obtain an Assisted Access Card from Studio Services for use exclusively within Walt Disney Studios Park. It does not entitle the holder to priority access to attractions, but it allows the disabled visitor to wait outside the queue line while the rest of the accompanying group wait in the usual line.
Disney Village
The bars, restaurants and shops in Disney Village are all wheelchair-accessible.
Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show: there are places reserved for Guests with wheelchair. The dinner-show is not recommended for anyone with asthma or beathing problems.
Gaumont Cinema: all cinemas are wheelchair-accessible and nine are equipped with induction loops for the hearing impaired.
shops and restaurants
All shops and restaurants at Disneyland Resort Paris are wheelchair-accessible. At restaurants with counter service, don't hesitate to ask a Cast Member for help. We recommend that guests on a salt-free diet choose restaurants with table service.
parades and shows
Places are reserved for persons with restricted mobility along the routes of parades and certains shows. Disneyland Park: Town Square, Hub and Fantasyland. Walt Disney Studios Park: behind Studio 1 or Rock 'n' Roller coaster. As the number of places is limited, you are advised to come early. The assisted access card authorises use of these places but does not give priority access. For show times and parade times, check the "Park Guide" available at City Hall in the Disneyland Park and at Studio Services in the Walt Disney Studios Park.
Disney characters
Since Disney Characters are very much in demand, it is sometimes difficult to get close. Please don't hesitate to ask for help from the Cast Members (Disney employees) accompanying them.
